Avocado is a phenomenal fruit (yes, it is not a veggie). However, it is consumed as a vegetable. Do not be confused, though, and rather concentrate on the recipes as what you call it does not change the flavor!

Avocado contains healthy unsaturated fats and tastes buttery, nutty, and earthy. For this reason, it is heavily used in dips, sauces, soups, and salads. Besides, avocado is considered to be a popular ingredient in many diets since it is a great source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Note that high fiber foods help reduce appetite and decrease high blood pressure.

The bottom line is eating avocados will make you healthier and happier. And, if you are Mexican cuisine fan like me, then it is an indispensable ingredient in your kitchen.

What you will need:

The electric griddle from Cuisinart is exceptional. You can also use it for making a variety of grills; it is a versatile equipment. The temperature range is between 175 to 450 °F. Note that the nonstick plates are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
